Dear Sirs,

I had some troubles while downloading  these two products from my order #111172000:
110 Expressions for Victoria 4.0 Base (ghd_V4BaseExp_45119.zi)
Expressions for Victoria 4 (A_Ex4V4_43833.zip)

and now I get the following error:
"You have exceeded the maximum number of downloads allowed for this product."

May I have a download reset for these two? The others are OK
