so i decided to check out my old employer's website to see if i could find any of my photo's used as stock for their promotions and remembered i did a photoshoot for a magazine "Franchise World" in which it was the cover article. I did try to get a hard copy of it but i suppose this will have to do:

The article- i didnt take the one on the bottom right - as far as i can remember

The front page

Oh so long ago it was, but this is the first time i saw them in the article...

Read the article if you can, but basically muki and sat (the couple pictured) were in and out of the store during the time i was there and i was in charge of training them in how to take photos with the studio set-up and how to use the computer systems. :)  I wrote the training manual for photography too, which is missing a few things now i look back on it! hehehe, well... i hadnt even got myself a dslr by that time (i used the money earned there to buy one in fact!)

Congratulations Rich!
I haven't had time to read the article yet as I'm getting ready for work (going with one eye "mascara'd and the other not would look a bit odd!) but I'll read it properly tonight when I get home.
At least you made some money from this, that's always a good start.
Hope you managed to finish your Spanish essay last night?
Congrats again, great recognition! xx

I see a sound

A very slick piece of photo advertising - congrats on your work :)

thanks all, i suppose i was in the right place at the right time - meaning i knew marginally more about camera's/photography than any of the other employees so got the job.  I think that is a story replicated many times throughout the world of jobs and more specifically photography jobs...

Gotta start somewhere - and it still feels good to look at some of your first publications no matter how old, doesn't it?
