I designed the potter's wheel as an old, kick-wheel type, since I thought that would be more immediately recognizable to most people.

Meh, it's just a bad pun. Actually, I've never met a pun I didn't dislike, and you just knew you were going to hear from one of us anyway....so I had to speak up;P

Sure! There's pun lovers, pun loathers, and those who are sort of ambivalent about them.  And "Nair the Twain shall meet." (Which would be Sam Clemens with a depilitory. If I had a good Mark Twain character I'd do the 'toon.)

And is the Elephant-Doc requesting that you be banned from here as well?  He would be well advised that here we punsters do the pickings.
