Just wondering - anyone else having to wait a while for responses from Daz's customer service departments? I know living in the UK I have time zones to deal with as well, but sometimes it is taking over a week to hear back from them. Is it just me...?

Nope, it's not only you. AFAIK there is onyl one person working for customer support answering the mails and that's the reason it takes that long.

Me too, waiting a response for a refund due to their bundles sold few days ago.

vincebagna: I can beat you on that one - I had a question relating to bundle contents on one of their one-day sales...and by the time the answer came back the sale was over! Harumph!

I dont mind waiting my turn but over a week and I start feeling neglected.
