Are any of the Mac people able to open the .zip files for AM 2007? I've tried downloading from both IE and Safari. I can get the zip files downloaded but they won't open - they don't even ask me for a password or anything. I just get an "Archive Utility" error that includes the phrase "Error 78 - Function not implemented."

try terminal (OS X). type "unzip " (no quotes), then drag the file to terminal window. it may generate a password prompt at that point.

i guess the browser don't ask for a password so i drag and drop the files on Stuffit Expander which then requests the password

yeah, they also unzip with stuffit expander 10 or later. paste the password phrase into the box when prompted.

Thanks! it looks like my system uses something called a "BOMArchiveHelper" as the default app to open these ZIP files. I Control-clicked the ZIP and told it to open the files with Stuffit Expander instead and that worked great. Frankly, Terminal kinda scares me.

Where has everybody found the password? There's nothing about it on the page with the links.
Miss Nancy posted Tue, 13 March 2007 at 11:28 PM

Thanks, I'm not getting that to show for some reason (IE 6) but I highlighted the links and dragged the cursor down and found it!

Yeah was difficult for me too. To me the text appeared light blue against a white background. Took awhile to locate stuff. David

Someone was kind enought o let me know that mac users might need to shorten the filenames on the zips for mac users prior to unpacking. Seems just doing that picked the problem for them.
Btw: the html page is set up now.
