What is the best way to produce a realistic light that comes out of a TV? Is it just by putting a spotlight inside the TV prop and produce the light outward the front screen?

Another question, is there a freebie prop about a big/full angel wings? I've looked in the free stuff here by typing "wings" and "angel" but I did not like anything in the results.
