Hey I don't know who I should contact about this, but the latest freebee "Japanese Tea House" links to a download service that tried to install malware on my system or at least thats what my copy of McAfee is telling me. Anyways could someone look into this and reply in this thread? Thank you. http://www.renderosity.com/mod/freestuff/details.php?item_id=38490 http://www.renderosity.com/mod/freestuff Japanese Tea House by Justin_Bustin (homepage) Sunday, March 25, 2007 6:21 am 380 downloads in Poser -> Themed -> Architecture

No problem here, just a rather bothersome TurboUpload site with lots of clicking and things to do before you get to the download and then it runs a PartyPoker thing underneath which is what McAffee was likely objecting to...ran a scan and no Trojans here.. ...

Once in a while I look around,
I see a sound
and try to write it down
Sometimes they come out very soft
Tinkling light sound
The Sun comes up again

Hmmm… Well my copy of McAfee flagged it 4X times as though something was being forced on my system and I did lose control of my browser momentarily after clicking through at that site. FYI: I'm running Opera 9.1, and IE6.0 which wasn't running at the time (IE7 breaks several of my older programs). Hopefully that info will helps someone figure out what happened when I tried to download from that site. Just so I make myself clear it was durring all of the clicking that this happened, they might be hosting some bad adds...

Alright I just tried it again, this time nothing. But I do now recall the exact moment it happened, right as I clicked the close tap on the Ipod nano add is when it hit. So if you can't find anything then fell free to lock this thread.

Yes, just looked over the files, they look perfectly fine, so the attack must have been from either a random port sniffer or who knows were, because I scanned my system and those files.. notta. nothing zilch... all looks fine now.
