RICHARD - Are you trying to load a PZ3 or an obj file? If it's a PZ3 then it should import if Vue is directed to Poser. If it's an obj file then the file may be corrupted. Maybe it's worth trying to save the file again.

its a pz3 file.it looks like its loading but after its donr nothing shows up an its not listed.it is set up for poser four import.

There are some major pain the butt bugs with Poser import in Vue 6 right now. I don't recall anything specific abot Poser 4, but it seems like most of the Poser "native" figures are having a hard time with import right now. The DAZ figures work, but the texture loading is all messed up, and in some cases if "external binary morph targets" is active in Poser, posed figures will not load as posed. I am eagerly hanging on for a sevice patch, myself, as this is very frustrating right now.

Yep, had to go back to vue 5 espirit for same reason. I may try a reinstall of pre-release tomorrow.

I have a problem importing poser 7 .pz3 files into the demo for Vue 5 Esprit.  It tells me it can't read the .pz3 which is slightly annoying.  I dunno if it's because it's the demo version (I ended up springing for Vue 6 Pro Studio in the end - just waiting for the download link) or maybe it's the fact that all my poser runtimes are external.

I really hope it's not the latter - moving my runtimes about is going to be a tremendous pain in the butt

I don't believe the external runtimes is the problem. Good luck with vue 6 pro.
