I've been scowering the net for the last year along with many other friends of mine, looking for a set of poseable lekku that actually look halfway decent. What are Lekku you ask? Lekku are simply put, head tales for a species of humanoid in the Star Wars Universe called Tw'lekks.

Now, there are currently two types out there and neither are what the majority of us are looking for. To give you and example, this is some Lekku made by Jarok. http://www.eq-shadowknight.de/poser/Lekku.jpg. These are poseable but considering what the Lekku look like in swg:

they're nowhere near what they need to look like. PhilC has a set for his N'varra Wren model; http://www.philc.net/freestuff_archive.htm, and they're very good, far closer than i've seen from Jarok, and they act as a separate object, like a hat. Unfortunately, PhilC's lekku are not posaable, as in they have no real joints, and the only style that's available comes with a "wrap". It's Visible in the N'Varra Wren preview. That's fine and dandy for a female, you can futz with it and make them the same color as the skin and use shadows to hide it, but there's -nothing- for men who wear their Lekku unaddorned.

If someone feels up to the job of making some poseable lekku (the markings are totally optional) there's quite a few people that'd be forever grateful

I've been trying using a tail from the creature creator on a V4.1 figure..

The Lekky are posable, and look great, but I can't get them to attatch to her head!  I can place them indivdually with each pose, but that's so annoying and time consuming...  I've tried everything that I can think of, but I'm still pretty new to poser, so I'm sure there's a way.

Incidentally PhilC's lekku are posable, you just have to grab them and drag them using the drag object.
