The ability to buy oneself a Gift Certificate.
At the moment I have to leave the space blank as the system will not let me buy 'a gift' for myself (Sorry - you cannot purchase gifts for yourself.) and then ask an admin to assign it to me.

My question is why one would buy a gift certificatefor themselves, unless you are waiting for something to come out at a future date?

I buy GC's for myself when the exchange rate is good for me and when I have a bit of spare cash, then when that 'Must Have' item comes into the store I can always get it even if I'm broke because I have that GC I brought for just such a rainy day. :)
And at Daz a GC is a must have for when they have their mad sales where things are like $2 for 24 hours, saves putting payment details in every day for such small amounts. Of course I can buy a GC for myself there but thought I'd throw that reasoning in too ;)
