I bought Poser 5 and it quits all the time. It quits so many times on so many diffrent mouse clicks it is impossible to list each one. Does anyone have any idea how to stablelize it? also what is the other CD with poser content? I haven't installed anything from it. Just did the Poser 5 easy install. I really need help on this.
Mac OS 10.4.6 1.33GHz G4
1 GB DDR SDRAM
Thanks

I'm using Poser 5 (with all the updates) on a MacPro and a G5 PPC (both currently 10.4.9) and I'm not getting anymore crashes then with 10.3.X. - which is not all that often. It usually seems to happen when I work with P5 for a long time without restarting it. I can't dup the Pose camera crash. The only thing I can suggest (if you haven't already) is to run Disk Utils and do a Repair Permissions on the HD that Poser is loaded on. HTH; Dan

P5 (OS X) sux big-time IMVHO. it was the worst known OS X app of its day. I hadda run diskwarrior every time I used it, just to repair the damage it did to the directory structure. P7 ain't perfect, but at least it can run all day/nite without crashing.
