I've requested ears for Apollo Maximus as well, over at Content Paradise, in case anyone's interested:

I just posted some morphs for your request over at deviantART. If anyone else is interested in the morph targets for these elf ears here are the links: BB_ElfEars1 - http://www.deviantart.com/deviation/54830254/ BB_ElfEars2 - http://www.deviantart.com/deviation/54830771/ *If you want them though you'll need to join deviantArt (which is free to join) to be able to download the files. I get the same thing, but I've sent him an email and I'm sure he'll fix them as soon as he can.
Steven, thanks again for doing these! Much appreciated!

The links are working now.
Does anyone know how to use RTEJava? I selected 'decode', browsed for the .rte ears file, then browsed for the 'key file' which I'm assuming is BlMilWom_v4.obj. But when I try to select it, I get this error message:
BlMilWom_v4.obj
File has incorrect length, and cannot be used.

You're right, it actually says the same thing for me as well when decoding it. It should have worked but something got messed up in the encoding. I just re-encoded it and tried using RTEJava and it worked fine this time. I should have them uploaded again in about 20 minutes. BorgBoy7
