Subject: May I please have my order reset

I am on dial up and using a download manager, I successfully downloaded 3 out of 4 items, the 4th went wrong somehow and I have no content for 2 zip files.  I think the problem could have arisen by the download mgr confusing 2 zips, is it possible for them to be on separate lines?

I'm not sure if you reset the whole order or just the 2 zips in one item.
