When I was searching for a box in freestuff a password box popped up and asked me for my password.  I was stillon RO and not downloading, it appears to be tied to the image.

I believe it's in conjunction to this freebie as it asked for my password at predatron's site:

Might want to check that and other freebies by the same contributor.

This is indeed curious. Thanx for the head's up, I'll work this out with some other Mods.

Once in a while I look around,
I see a sound
and try to write it down
Sometimes they come out very soft
Tinkling light sound
The Sun comes up again

Well further to this, when you go to the item from the actual free stuff area rather than the search you get taken to a page that explains all and gives you the password. Hope this helps.. ...

thing is I wasn't trying to download the item at all.  I was searching free stuff here at Rendo and when the page that item was on (here) was loading the password box popped open.

I don't mind password protected free items, but it's annoying to have that pop up every time the page the thumbnail is on here at Renderosity loads.

So while it may explain it if I go to the download, I have no interest in doing so and it shouldn't require that when I search here.
