Subject: Looking for real clothing...

Anasta ( ) posted Sat, 19 May 2007 at 5:02 PM · edited Sun, 24 November 2024 at 4:39 AM

To start off, I have no issues with seeing a half-nude Aiko dancing around a bunch of fungus but here's a small suggestion (and hopefully I'll find some designers...)

Could someone make some realistic clothing for poor Aiko? I mean like a huge bulky sweater (like a guys sweater but for Aiko) and maybe some pajama bottoms and even some fuzzy slippers. I've had an idea knocking around in my head for awhile but haven't been able to find any good 'kick-back and relax, weekend in front of the fire with a good book and a bottle of wine' style clothing for her. So if anyone out there is feeling motivated....

Thanks in advance!

Ana

I have lots of every-day clothes for Aiko. sweaters, loose pants, t-shirts, long sleeve shirts etc.
By applying your own textures you can easily make the pants into pajama bottoms and a matching top.
Instead of looking for others to spoon feed us, with a little effort and imagination we could make a lot of stuff for ourselves.

did you try the mall?..;) sorry, took the title the wrong way.
I think the problem is a lot of clothing is really textures applied to body parts. Actually modeling clothes with creases (that go in the right places), bumps, textures, and all that, isn't so easy.

Clothes are still a bit over my head..but I'm sure someone wouldn't mind. I've heard that Aiko3 and Vicky3 are supposed to have similar measurements (though I can't prove it from what I've tried..;)
Maybe some of the Wardrobe Wizard-type programs can take V3 clothes and make them fit (I think if you could retexture some of the Swat clothes from Baron Harkonen, I overuse them a lot, and they can be bulky...

I wish I'd said that.. The Staircase Wit
