I am wondering if anyone has made textures for the hair props for the Poser 4 figures.  I have discovered that when I want to put several figures in a picture, what works best for me is to use Don and Judy figures, but go back to the Poser 4 hair.  The problem I have is with the "plastic" look of the Poser 4 hair.  I am enclosing a picture of one of my characters to show what my problem is.

I am wondering if anyone has created textures to make the Poser 4 hair props more realistic in high quality renders.  I am especially interested in a texture for the balding hair prop seen in this picture, because this particular character is one I would like to use in several planned pictures.

I don't know for sure, but there have been threads here on 'painting' hair, if you have the right programs..

I think there are transmaps in Freestuff for the P4 hair(s).

Have a look at the second page of downloads at Kozaburo's site for transmapped versions of the P4 male hair 1 and 5.

One of the problems with those old hairstyles is that they're not particularly well-mapped.

Raven: thanks.  I visited  http://digitalbabes2.com/ and downloaded the hair maps, plus a couple of others.  I haven't had the chance to try them out yet, when I do I'll let you know how they work out.
