I love the tattoo.I would really like to know what was used
to make it.Is it a Character,skin or a Tattoo kit ?

If that's AerySoul (it is!), then the character and textures are his own - which are sometimes available as free add-ons or products. I'd say 'ask and you might receive'.
C makes it easy to shoot yourself in the
foot. C++ makes it harder, but when you do, you blow your whole leg
off.
