I've seen a few posts lately about site speed again and guess what???
Yep the dreaded MYSQL error messages are starting to show tonight again!!
I thought we'd seen the end of all this but with the site slowing and now this, it's not a good sign.
Anyone from site care to let us know if anything is wrong!!

Injustice will be avenged.

Once in a while I look around,
I see a sound
and try to write it down
Sometimes they come out very soft
Tinkling light sound

Yeah we had some SQL errors this afternoon, not sure what was going on. The programmer I usually ask about this stuff wasn't in the office today as he has a sick child he needed to get to the doctor but I will check with him tomorrow.

guess it's not just me...very very slow loading pages both in store and galleries for a few days now....I kept dumping cookies and temps thinking it was me...and then today i clicked on what I know are fast loading sites and zip! they were up... sure hope this is temporary here!

Life Requires Assembly and we all know how THAT goes!

Yeah the site's slow again.

The user-base expands to fit the bandwidth available.

It will, except for brief interludes, always be slow.

skiwillgee posted Sun, 10 June 2007 at 8:08 AM

I've experience the slow loads fm gallery also.  That is why I am visiting this forum to see if was just me....  apparently it isn't just me.  Forum pages seem to load just fine.  Maybe the site usage is up???

Oh well, others are aware of problem.  Hope it gets addressed pronto.

Just like skiwillgee I visited this forum to see if I'm the only one with very slow loading pages. Somehow it's a relief to see that this is not the case, on the other hand this could mean there are troubles (again)?? Anyway, hope that speed will increase, because it's no fun this way.....

iloco posted Mon, 11 June 2007 at 5:10 PM

The gallery is whats the slowest for me to load.   I give up most the time and move on hoping it will be fixed. :(

the forums are pretty instantanious and the galleries not far behind. not much of a speed prob here.

It's currently 3:20 PM EST and I was trying to go to the marketplace but getting this message instead with both Firefox and IE:

The programmers just took care of this issue so you shouldn't be seeing that now:)
