... I've got an order the screwed up and needs to be reset and I'm under the gun.

Can the Mods reset orders???

Mods probably can't, coordinators definitely can't - you should probably email store@renderosity.com.

is there a clock on the site that tells you what time it is (web site time) so people would know if amin are going to be about?
