for daz figures whole body portraits? I know it depends how you tilt the camera, and what else you want in your scene, but just interested in if people have favourite focal lenths that they use. Love esther

I use 65 to 100 but I rarely detect much of a difference

Depending on the look I'm after 70 to 120 with a tendancy for about 90 as a "favourite" if I had to pick one.

Interesting. I'm really struggling with a pic. I've been trying so many different camera angles and focal lengths but I can't get the girl to look as nice as she looks in poser. I seem to be getting closer with a focal length of 250 but I'm probably doing something wrong. (BTW dave I emailed u today with a skinvue question using the email addy at the bottom of your readme.) Good question. I always start about 100. But as i often have several camera in the same scene to get the proper angle, i often finish with 150 to 200.

Don't have one, differs scene to scene. I just play with it until it looks how I want it to look!!

estherau - I generally have a starting focal length of 150, as this is what I use in Poser. Depending on the scene though I may bring this down a touch.

But poser and vue must be different, because the pics look different if I make the focal the same in both poser and vue, but that may be because th4e camera is at a different height and tilt. Love esther
