One answer per question please.
You can watch one movie what is it?
You can listen to one piece of music?
And what would be your last meal?

Fantastic four III (if they haven't made it yet, that's OK. I'll wait!)
Jade Warrior - Kites (heard it's as good as waves, but I haven't heard it yet.)
Steak and potatoes with salad from Bennets (once again I haven't been but they grill over mesquite instead of rangetops)
Short answer: If I'm going I'm trying all new things, even if there is a chance I won't like it.

OK first, I prefer to think of this as:
If you're going on an interstellar voyage tomorrow, what one last movie, music and dinner will you have.
That said, I'd want to:
See the LOTR's trilogy on mega big screen in stereo
Listen to Led Zepplin's box set
and eat Lobster, asparagus and garlic potatoes, rasberry lime rickie for a drink and for dessert I guess chocolate cake. (I'm having a senior moment and can't remember my favorite dessert)

There's a place in the French Quarter called Tujague's. They serve a 6 course meal and you basically go in and eat what they put in front of you, no menu per se. Reservations are required. So you would have to know when you are dying about a month in advance. http://www.tujaguesrestaurant.com/

1.) Home movies of my son and my wife
2.) Shomyo (kind of buddhist like music if your familiar with it)
3.) 100 pieces of the finest O-torro- nigri sushi I could find. (I'd have to take a mortage out to afford it as if you've ever been to a real high class sushi-ya in Japan you know how expensive two peices - one order - of torro can be...) And I'll tell yeah.. I would eat everyone of those 100 pieces...

@ electroglyph: :-) I've been there once! You got me thinking of muffaletta's now. I'm thinking of that muffaletta shop near Cafe Du Monde (http://www.cafedumonde.com/). So, what were you doing in my old stomping grounds of New Orleans?

Tough one!!
Film - Would have to be the Star Wars trilogy (the old ones not the new ones)
Music (even tougher) - The Box by Orbital (oh the irony!!)
Food - Bangers and mash with onion gravy (i live in Finland and you cant buy English sausage here!!)
...and a book - Perdido Street Station by China Mieville, an awesome piece of fantasy, the guy is a total genius!!
