Sorry if this is slightly off-topic. Is anyone having trouble downloading the Free Stuff files? I've successfully downloaded dozens of files over the past months, but these days I'm having no luck. All I get, after downloading, is a page of code! Help!

Most of the free stuff files are in Zip or Sit formats. Sounds like your browser has suddenly forgotten what to do with those formats, so it's trying to display them for you instead of treating them as a file to save. So check your web browser's file associations for Zip and Sit and make sure they're marked as "save file to disk" or something similar. Hope this helps! :) Varian -- Poser Playtime

heyas; your browser is trying to download the script that the free stuff uses to locate the items to download. that's what download.ez is, the web page script. now what did you do to your browser/dialup settings recently? ;) they get this every once in a while, but i forget what the answer is :/ sorry. try the community news forum, if they don't see your question here.

As long as I know it's the browser, I can work this out. Just wondering if it WAS the browser! Thanks.

Try this.....right click on the file and choose save as. Seems to work for me when I get the script.

Get the downloaded file and just dump it on the Stuffit icon.
