Gee, I wonder if anyone out there who has gotten the update to test would mind sending me a copy since I can't seem to get the store to cut loose with one for me. Why is it taking so long and so many damn emails to get this? When I asked Yvette about it I got an email back..."do you need the file sent?", and since then nothing. That is the last time I buy anything from the renderosity store. Apparently you can buy the product now with the fix intact, but I can't get the update even though I already own it. So, I will not be buying anything more and I guess I just got screwed on this one, because without the update the product is of no use to me. Sorry to bring it here, but I don't seem to get anything done in the store forum or by email directly to the store itself. Sad...I kind of liked it here. Marque

Marque, I've noticed that the link on "my purchases" page was dead -item deleted-. Monday, I've emailed store@renderosity.com to request a copy from the fixed file. Some hours later, both Jenifer and Yvette send me a copy from the new Alice. I suggest you to email directly : jhandley@bondware.com Hope it helps. -Dagon

I did email Yvette and she told me she was taking care of it, then not another word. Since I won't be buying from the store again I imagine they will ban me from renderosity, seems like the dollar runs this place now. Ingrid was kind enough, and professional enough, to send me a link where I could download it. Marque

...and OTT...as far as "Alice" is concerned, if you enjoy really good PC games "American McGee's 'Alice'" is worth the price....really...whoever designed the "clockwork" level has a special place in Hell waiting for them...... The links have been fixed. The store downloads work on a product#, and the first Alice was delete and a whole new one uploaded (which caused different product #s). However, that problem has now been fixed and anyone who's purchased Alice can re-download from the "My purchases" area without having the item deleted message. Sorry for the delay. I had hoped that emailing to anyone while we fixed the download link) who'd purchased it would be satificatory. My apologies for any inconvenience.

Problem was you had the fix for 2 days and I still never recieved a copy until Ingrid sent me a link to get it. I won't be using the store again. Marque
