I have been all over the net looking for a suitable place to post this question and decided here was the most appropriate place.
Put very simply... How do you make a tileable imge from an average JPEG texture ?
I have seen a plug-in for photoshop but not sure whether it runs under Photoshop 6.

You need a tiling filter.
