Well I had a few questions but I can only think of the most important one atm. That is - Im losing frames when I open the animation in Carrara after making it in poser. I have a full 50 frames in Poser. Carrara gave me 24 of those. Anyone know why? Know how to get around that?
Initially I thought it was only giving me the keyframes so I went back into poser and made every frame a key frame - nope that's not it.
The problem is in my animation at one point there is a slap. So the hand makes contact with the face but then pulls away so fast it doesn't warrant the other person falling over like they do. It's a hard slap. I can't see how to retime one frame in carrara either. (And PS before a forum organizer suggests I post my question there - that forum is a ghost town)
Thanks in advance.

I've never touched Carrara, but you might look at the current video format, e.g. NTSC or PAL or whatever, it may be that Carrara is re-timing the animation to fit the current format (24 frames is kind of a suspicious number imo).
You might want to go try the DAZ forums also, it's fairly lively

I don't think I know what's going on with your animation there, jj :( Sowwy
I tried tinkering with cararra a little to see if I can duplicate what may be going on, and no luck.
Only other thing I may want to look at more closely (if I were you) is to see if there's something specific going on in that frame that may cause cararra to halt. However, I'm not sure what that would be...
I'm not being of much help here. I did feel like I needed to say, I'm not ignoring you :)

Awww TY = D
Any bit of advice/ideas is always appreciated!
I went and added more frames to the animation - (Its just .avi as far as I know btw).
Carrara seems to truck right along through the animation so Im not sure it's stalling at all. Anyway rendering an in between image in poser right now - Ill post back if the adding more frames fixes it or not.
In all my other movie/animation programs you can adjust the length of an individual frame - it seems odd to me that these applications wouldn't have that as an option. I'm sure it's there I'm just somehow missing it.
