Here's a Tutorial I put together today on Rotational / Movement limits for Armatures. Hope this helps someone.

Could you "remind" me about what armatures are? Not that I want to look like a total idiot, but....

DramaKing, Armatures are the term Blender uses for Bone structures, maybe it should be called skeleton... Basically first you need to have a mesh, then you add Armature, and voila -- you can animate the mesh.

Okay, thanks. I kind of knew about armatures before, but I wasn't sure.
