Anybody know if this is still available, and if so where?
It's not on his web-site, and although I can find lots of references to it by Googling, I can't find the model itself anywhere!!

Serenity will find it better for you on Google. Go to http://lwg3d.org/v3/meshes.php?item=515 for the model. You need to register first to download.
