I'm working with the Sample Animation, "A New Dawn", in Vue 6 xStream.  In the beginning the camera rotates quickly, and I am trying to slow down the rotation, but I don't see the orientation keyframes anywhere.  Am I missing something simple?

Yep, you missed something indeed.... 
The rotation was done with the Vue specific spin options.  To open them : select Camera, in World browser tab animation, click on Animation Tool Box, then you ll find the spin options. Then play with filter and/or value and/or axis.
