really like the new site design...however, the font in site mail inbox, etc. shows up white..

Yeah. I see what you mean.  I don't think the conversion is complete though. The main area for the forums was showing up as white with white text as well, now it's a cobalt blue colour with white text.  So this is probably the same situation.

On another note with the site mail.  I have "new" flashing, but there is no new mail that I can see.  How do I get the "New" to go away?

Please be patient while the transformation is taking place.  As stated in the Front page article the transformation is happening live and things will appear strange or incomplete in the process.

On the right under "Member Info" there is "Site Mail" I'm looking for the login and logout buttons :)

With every other post background color on these dark background and the small white text it is very hard to read. Then color text looks really bad like the "to the real world"  in the post.

@hewee: I agree, that is really my only major beef with this site is allowing people to use different colored fonts.  I have to highlight blue text just to read it.  Red is nearly as bad.  Allowing people to express themselves for whatever reason by using such horrid font colors truly screws up an otherwise great web presentation.

i like the new site and colours!! easy on the eyes :D

only thing I can't find is the Status indications on the Wishlist (sale / exclusive / clearance icons) and the little stars on the products! :D

Not only the colors but the type of font that some members use is harder to see too and that is without them changing the colors.
Now lots of forums every post is another color where they have the two colors like you see here. But they are lighter color and the two background color are almost the same with the one being just a little lighter or darker then the other.
But here the two are not even close to being the same color.
So now is not only hard to see and your eyes try hard to adjust once you read one post you have to adjust your eyes again to try and see the next post.
