anyone have or know where I can get a good Pearl texture? I've found images of textures, but would prefer something within Poser. Just can't seem to get what I want :P

You could probably accomplish that with shaders in the material room.
I would suggest posting at RDNA in the Node Cult Forum, and chances are bagginsbill will probably be able to come up with something with nodes.

yeah, all I'm seeing here are image maps (and reflection maps, which are unacceptable IMVHO). since the image maps appear similar to the poser spots shader node (heavily blurred), I daresay those node experts can quickly come up with something that doesn't use image/refl. maps. hopefully they'll post a link to their results here.
