Anyone know of any software that will do this in real time? I know how to do it in photoshop, but once I choose the edge that is it. I was hoping there was software that would let you adjust on the fly and roate, etc. Anyone know of anything? Thanks, check back in when I can...have a great weekend!

Paint Shop Pro 7 allows you to adjust the reflection line with sliders.  Seems limited to me though.  Maybe later versions are better.

You still running Panther? Dude Automator in Tiger works wonders especially with core data (i.e. core image, core audio etc...). No need to open anything except a contextual menu. If you're waiting till Leopard is released, you could use Applescript. p.s. for mirroring, core image (fun house) is the easiest. but you need OS 10.4 or later for that (it comes on the install disk hid-in the developer tools).

Question the question. Answer the question. Question the answer...

I wish I knew what I was gonna say :oP

Still running 10.3.9 at work. The wife has Tiger. Thanks guys, I will look around a bit more. I've see animations do it in real time so there has to be more out there.

You know Mehdi plugins? They are free and there is a mirroring one:

Thanks Tanchelyn, but I can do that quite easily myself in PS. I am trying to find a plug in or software that offers live mirroring, where you can move it about and see it mirror on the fly.

O. I never doubted you could do it yourself. I thought you wanted to go faster.

I don't think there is such a plugin as it would ask a lot from the graphics card, like enhanced OpenGL that would include fast screen redraw etc. Perhaps CS3 allows this, but imo CS2 and previous not.
As far as I know mirroring in PS is limited to horizontal and vertical.

Thanks again Tanchelyn. That makes me wonder how the video and kaleidescope things I've seen manage it. Hrrmmmmmm.
