Subject: Animation Timing

Hi.

I am having a heck of a time finding tutorials that cover the timing in Carrara animations.  I see that I can move key frames to the point I want them to happen.  That's fine, but what if I want everything in the animation to happen faster.  I do not want to individually move 250 little arrows.

I have a simple walk animation, I'd like it to happen faster.  But perhaps I want him to stop half way through and pause at a given place.  How do I alter key frames basically like IK chains.  If I move the last one all others follow suit?  

Or just shorten it so that instead of 10 seconds it lasts 5 and he walks like hes not in slow mo.
