Hi,
Order: 111255337
I bought OcclusionMaster bit earlier and did not realize that it did not support V4.
I wonder if I could have a refund?
It is entirely my fault and I do understand if this is not possible.

Raindroptheelf,
If you can contact the vendor via sitemail and explain the situation to them, I'm sure they will approve a refund. We just need to get their approval before we can take care of it but I don't see it being a problem.
Let us know if you do not get a response from the vendor within 48 hours and we will contact them on your behalf.
