As a follow up to my last post, I came back to the 'machine' project which I gave up on in frustration yesterday. I managed to clear the messed up key frames and ran the new animation. There are still some limitations that I can't get around yet, like constraining the loose rod ends to one dimesional movement. Here's the link( I hope it works OK):http://s161.photobucket.com/albums/t227/nimos2/?action=view¤t=machine1b.flv

Wow, nice job. I never thought much about setting something like that up. Hmmmm!

Great job setting up that animation. I tried it once and never got it all to rotate as I wanted.

By the way, just rotating the first wheel rotates everything else. It's all a chain of links from wheel to rod, to another wheel.... it's rather basic, but at least it works. I figured it out mostly by trial and error, and a bit of common sense.

Can a Bryce file even be posted here? How?
But like I said, I haven't solved the problem of constraining the loose end of the rod, like you would see in a locomotive, for example.
