I'm looking for a few beta testers to give the next version of RTEncoder a workout before it is released. I would prefer users who have previously used RTEncoder to enocde files, but clueless newbs are also needed to bang on buttons and see what breaks.

My primary areas of concern are the new functionality and backward compatibility to version 1 RTE files.
