does anyone else has render artefacts in P7? I just remebered that I don't recall having them with P6 so I rendered the same scene in P6 and there were no artefacts. They appear in scenes where rooms are used, or maybe it's just easier to stumble upon them since almost everything in a scene is some 3D model and not just the background. I've tried turning off texture filtering, changing Min displacement bounds to 0.1, Removing backfacing polygons... but these artefacts stay. Depending on camera angle there are more or less. Actualy they are not just random, they are shaped like shadows of models that are elsewhere in scene (in one case I had whole tree shaped artefact).
scenes were rendered with default settings, turning up render settings didn't do any good.

Attached Link: render artifacts
It sounds similar to the problem ockham was having in this linked thread. There were a couple of suggestions that may help in there.

Lol, yes, that's it. I searched the forum for "artefacts" and "artifacts" and haven't found anything similar, haven't tried with "odd stuff" :).

As a wild guess - you were using multithreading and this happened in bucket #1 of the fourth thread? This can happen when you have large polygons that come close to or intersect the camera. See if there are any objects close to the camera and hide them, or slightly moving the camera position. Switching to only one thread rendering can help too. This bug has been reported and fixed and should ship whenever/whatever the next Poser release will be.

In second pic they go away if I turn multithreaded rendering off, but in first scene artefact remains in bucket #1.
