Which program Daz Studio or Poser Both different.
Daz select Create and pick the type of light you want,
do one at a time select the light and play with its settings
you will see the effect it has, then delete it and try a different
one and so on untill you see what each will do. Do a test render
to see how things turn out.
Poser I do not use.

Ok, first things first, have you figured out how to Add a light? Also, what version of D|S are you using?

i use DAZ Studio, now what about clothing textures? I never tried it and done know what program to use for it

Just to name two.
Download the templet file Check it out.
That should help start you. Check back yhen you see the templets
