Subject: Please reset my Lovely Black Download

I recently purchased Lovely Black for A3.  Unfortunately due to download problems with my service provider I've been unable to complete a download of this product.  Now when I try to download it ... It says I've exceeded the downloads on this particular item.  Can you help?
