-People are clobering each other up side the head over right-click-copy-rights and reasoning out of left field over gallery zippers.
-Poser Pro thread has fone from Poser Pro, to hating Poser, to hating elitists, to hatng Firefly, to hating Rendo, to hating each other, to hating clothing simulations... And Penguinisto is on good behavior.
-Only two threads suffered from the kitty picture littering.
-Sam Therapy suffered a fake attack by a fake death threat from a fake italian with a fake spanish name. Maybe when his value gets past fake up he'll get a real one (I hope not...), and there are no gentlemen left in California, they're all fake over there.
-Super realistic rendering being hailed at CG Society is not realistec enough (she needs a few pimples to look real) Say the young men from rendo. Maybe guys from CG society get to date girls with no pimples?
-We only had half a dozen newbies try to sell freshly modelled swords and make a fortune, if they could only figure out the marketplace.
-To cure Carpal Tunnel syndrome, don't use your hands. Using feet and other extremities optional, as long as they don't cause severe nostril glow, cat photo littlering or pimples.
-Only four people threathening to sue each other. Noone mentioned Hitler - yet. Ninja Cat attacked and broke up the party. Then it got littlered with kitty pictures.
-Rendo goes myspace, and now we know whom is friends with whom. This should help immensly when the anti-clique clique accuses the frioendly clique of being cliquish. But where's Tom?
-Fascination with round shiny metal objects is still going strong. Must be overflow from Bryce Forum.
-Bagginsbill is still smokin'... textures that is.
-V4's face still sucks, let's screw V3 head on it. Perhaps we can make Frankentorija 3.53 to improve.
-percentage of threads actually talking about Poser technicalities: 27%, but who pays attention to those anyways.

Hi David,
Yes, it is perfectly legal and acceptable to redistribute or sell a .uvs file for Victoria. These types of files do not contain any proprietary data, so that is fine.
Please let me know if there is any other way I can help.

Att.: Craig Hausmann
Dear Mr. Hausmann;
We spoke formerly on the phone. I’ve remapped the Daz figure Victoria 4.1 so that it will be compatible with Victoria 3 texture maps. I wish to market this remap as a UVS file (no objects, materials, or textures included). In order to do so, I need written confirmation from you that there wouldn’t be any violation of copywrite in doing so. Therefore I most respectfully request that such confirmation be provided, by email, so that I may pass it on to the Renderosity MP.
I remain,
Very truly yours,

As soon as Renderosity's MarketPlace Manager confirms that for him, thta that statement from Daz is blanket enough, or that whether he needs more elucidation. If it's enough, then we go ahead. If not, I'll have to respectfully request something more from DAZ. For me, it looks like it's enough, but when it comes to Legal Minds, they tend to think on a whole new level.

Of course you are welcome to use the two that I've done. The others from above my two are, I think iirmc, here in the free section. Might be a good thing to use those to replace the older large emoticons. I think these are much cleaner and fun!!! I'm not really in an emotiguy phase right now but if I make more I'll be sure to share them for sure. If you do use them you really might want to take the png into an image editing program and erase out the hands and feet as they really don't add much to the expression itself! Then resave it as a new file with transparency and your all set to go.
Enjoy!
