Presently I am a paid member of the ZOTO photo hosting service. I like how ZOTO allows you to organize and create albums and sets... However ZOTO has a problem with IE6. People viewing my gallery at ZOTO report that the images are very slow loading or will not load at all...
Alot of people I share my photos are complaining about this.
ZOTO's fix for this problem is upgrade their browsers. Something I do not want to suggest to them. Something I do no think I should have to do...
These people are not technically savy and do not wish to upgrade their browser to IE7 or install Firefox or Opera. I also do not wish to be their tech support when they upgrade their browser. I do network tech support for a living and want to spend my idle time pursuing other hobbies and interests...
My gallery is http://kenmo.zoto.com/galleries
I also use flickr and photobucket but they do not offer the album structure ZOTO does. Can someone recommend a good photo hosting site that allows for creation of albums and sets like ZOTO does? Anyone else run into the IE6 problem that ZOTO has?
Thanks kindly
Kenmo

I am using Firefox. I have no problem with Zoto. It is friends using IE6 that are having the problems. They are not technical people and wish not to upgrade their browser.
I like the look and feel of Zoto's albums and how they are customizable. Take a peek at my Zoto gallery....

Camino is a good browser as well. I click on your link about and just get the Zoto logo and the navigation, but the rest is black screen. And that is in Safari.

Could others please try my link using your browser and advise if you are having problems...

In AOL I am not seeing any images either, though there is more text. Firefox is just like my Safari, as is Camino, Netscape, and Explorer 5.2 for the Mac.

Saw that loading thing, then nothing. I guess I must have something out of date, though I know Firefox and Camino are the latest versions. Javascript should be active, though I am not sure where to check that.

My system checks once a week. Just ran it and things look good. Of course, I am still using 10.3.9...

One thing I like about Zoto that I can not find at the other sites is how easy it is to customize your albums which can give the viewer the impression they are not visiting an on-line photo hosting service...
Can anyone recommend a similar site to Zoto...?

Is anyone here using an on-line photo sharing service?

So far most fall short of offering the album customization Zoto offers....
