Hi!
I have some problems to buy in your shop.
It was said there is a validation error. My certificate chain isnt correct. I checked it with our bank there is everything okay.
Do you have problems in your accounting software??????
Please help me!!!

This is what your shop said to me:
There was a problem processing your card
Verisign response code was -31, which means: The certificate chain did not validate, no local certificate found, Cert Path = , Working Directory = /netapp/renderosity/public_html/mod/bcs

Same problem here. Got the same error message when trying to purchase with a mastercard. Can we get this problem corrected, please? Some feedback would be nice.

Hehe, me too! It definately appears to be a site issue. Hopefully someone will fix it soon . . .

I'm having the same problem but with Visa, and getting the exact same msg about VeriSign. I've been going through the forum to see if anyone else was having this problem so I'm glad it's not just me also. Hopefully the problem will be fixed soon. :)
