There's a free upgrade for Poser Physics from the Poser 6 version to the Poser 7 version, but to get it you need to enter your serial number. I can't find any serial number for Poser Physics in my records. There doesn't seem to be one listed in my Content Paradise account (where I bought it). How do you find out what your serial number is?

I think they are asking you for your Poser 6 or 7 serial number, not the Poser Physics one. Sharen

At content paradise go to the "My Stuff" page.
At the bottom of the list of recent purchases click "Search all past orders.
Then in the filter at the top select the partner"HyperReal" and click "search/Go"
This should bring up your order for poserPhysics
Click on the order number to bring up the page which will show the serial number

That's what I thought, nghayward, but when I go to that page it just shows a list of items that were in the order (Poser physics plus two other things) . The serial number isn't shown anywhere on the page. I can even re-download Poser Physics from there, but it's the old version.

That's odd. I'm sure thats how I found my serial number when I upgraded. I remember I had to find out the vendor's name in order to find the order. I've just gone through it again but it shows the P7 version on the page now.

I've just been and looked at the original announcement about the Poser7 version release and it stated
*If you previously purchased PoserPhysics from Content Paradise, please redownload from your Mystuff!
*That sounds as if the new version should be on your order page already. If it's not you could try emailing CP's customer support and ask them.

Oh sorry, I thought it had to do with the Content Paradise, where you put your poser 6 or 7 serial number in to get your stuff. Was not aware that was not accurate.

Thanks, nghayward! Looking at it again it turns out the re-download I was doing was the Poser 7 version after all - I just didn't realise because it looked the same as the original file. All sorted now :-)
