Alright, basically, I'm going to be getting Poser 7 within a few weeks, and earlier today, I downloaded alot of resources that I believe are for Poser 6. My question is, will Poser 6 resources work in Poser 7?

They should work. Some python scripts have had to be rewritten.

Which resources?  There are some differences between Python in P6 and Python in P7.  If you have Poser Physics, you'll need to redownload the updated version.  WW and some of PhilC's other python aps have P6 and P7 versions to account for the differences.  Lights and shaders function in either one without a problem.

Lets see, I have got quite a view of them, I'll list the main one's.

AT-AT, AT-ST, Blockade Runner, Boba Fett's Pistol, Bowcaster, B-Wing, Death Star, Darth Vader, Imperial Blaster, Imperial Shuttle, Leia Slave, Leia Slave poses, Maul/Qui-Gon's Lightsaber, Luke's Saber, Windu's Saber, Obi-Wan's Saber, Tyranus' saber, Vader's Saber, Yoda's Saber, New B-Wing, New X-Wing, Oola, Oola poses, Panaka's Blaster, r2, r6 and r7 unit, Rancor, Rebel Blaster, Sith Fighter, Snow Speeder, Star Destroyer, Stormtrooper Texture, Tie Fighter and interceptor, Wall Panel, X-Wing and Yoda.

Yes, I know. Alot of star wars things, but I need them for what I'm working on. Well, most of them.

Edit: If i need to, how do I re-write python scripts?

Purchased scripts are the ones that will almost certainly need to be recompiled.
You won't be able to do that, only the supplier can.

Just about all uncompiled should be Ok, if you run into anything that doesn't work (as opposed to giving a warning message), post in the Python forum.
