Ok, I found a bit of text on the download page with a swirling atomic like icon that says password request. Click on that and request a password for downloads. I also joined the forums there and read that it takes anywhere from 10 minutes to a few days to get your password.

if somebody downloads it, please tell us if the file extension is max (3ds max only) or 3ds (importable to many 3d softwares).

LostinSpaceman posted Mon, 17 September 2007 at 7:04 PM

It's in 3D Max "Max" scene format unfortunately.

Miss Nancy posted Mon, 17 September 2007 at 7:53 PM

bummer. alpha: can ya convert it to 3ds for us?

MatrixWorkz posted Sun, 07 October 2007 at 4:14 AM

I'm working on a complete Poserisation of it. I converted the MAX file to 3DS and am now working to fix all the reversed normals of the imported file in Poser. Having particular difficulties with a few view screens  that show up fine in Preview but render with a different texture.

Ok, Got the Display screens up and running. Now I'm off to find more reversed normals elsewhere....

I hate to be a nit-picker... then again, aren't all Star Trek fans nit-pickers. ;)

The bridge details are wrong:
Voyager has two chairs against the railing: one for the captain and one for the first officer.
There is only one chair in the front section, and it's behind the helm console. The Enterprise D and E had the "split chairs" for helm and ops- Voyager (and the NX-01 Enterprise) only have one center chair.

Here's a diagram from Ex Astris Scientia.

Here's the page on which it's found: Starship Bridges.
Here's a Google search for photos of Voyager's Bridge.
Some screen shots from the Elite Force video game, which are actually pretty good considering the low poly-count models used in the game.
