to a conforming item in poser ? 

So far I tried a few tuts on 
how to make an .obj to conform to a figure in poser but 
i'm easily confused. It never works for me. They will fit on the model 
but as I go to pose they stay in their place. and doesn't move.

Anyone have any easy tuts ?
