Okay, I ordered 2 items (order #111280824), and when I clicked on the headings in the my account section to download them, NEITHER would download.  I waited, and waited, and waited, and WAITED, and they didn't download.  So, I clicked the heading again.  Waited.  Waited. WAITED.  Still nothing.  Clicked again.... same story: NOTHING.  NOW, when I click them, it says I exceeded the number of downloads for the item.  AND I NEVER EVEN DOWNLOADED EITHER ONE OF THEM!!  Can you tell I'm a bit pissed?  Could you please reset the downloads for this order, and see what the problem is as to WHY they don't download!  I've orderd many times from Renderosity and never had this problem.  Please fix.  Thanks.
