Anyone have any links to tutorials??

Have you tried rendering it?  Usually, when a program does that, coming out black, it works only when rendering.

In order to go forward, one must often times look to the past.

You need to apply Ghost through the surfaces panel by highlighting the object or figure you want to ghost as well as in the contents panel.😄

If it's coming out black:

Make sure the version matches - if you are using D|S 1.7.something try redownloading pwGhost, as the 3delight version changed and needed shaders to be updated.

Make sure you are using the 3delight renderer, not OpenGL (or just the preview, as noted).

I havnt seen an update for pwGhost... and I have it on the 3Delight render.

I also did what Incognitas said... and still got black.
When I first tried it, everything was ok... but I wasn't getting the results I wanted... the glowing edges and see through center...

Then when I closed daz and opened it later... all i get are black figures and objects when rendering... and really bright figures when in preview.

Here are some screen shots...

So it was working with this version of D|S? If so it sounds as if something became corrupted - try reinstalling. If not, but it was working with 1.5, then you need the updated version - reset your download from your Order history and install that.

I got the plugin when my frind gave me all his stuff.... he has retired from posering and such. So I cant get an update, I'll need to buy it.
Any other suggestions? so I don't have to spend $ that I don't have lol.

Well Poserworks Ghost plugin only costs $9.95 over at Daz.Are you sure you can't manage that price.Seems very reasonable to me.Especially for something that you find so useful. It certainly does give fab results...

Otherwise I've no other really helpful suggestions myself, not quite understanding how the plugin works.

PoseWorks does all his customer support on his forums, you'd prolly have better luck asking over there-
