i wonder what was going through the programers head when he decided to use the CAPSLOCK key to trigger the cursor to change???

...was it     "well this'll screw wit their heads!!"

yeah more often than not the CAPS key is the culprit.

caps is the shortcut to switch the tool in use to precision mode
