I'll make english page soon.

What a great plugin! Very good indeed, keep going, you have a amazing Carrara feature on your hands!
Cheers!

it's a good render IMVHO. I dunno if I've got toon pro. is that an extra purchase, beyond the standard c6pro?

is there anyway to make the final render match up the shader preview? here is the shader preview using YetAnotherToonShader

love2all posted Thu, 11 October 2007 at 7:19 AM

here is the final render. I try many settings but no luck recreating the look of the shader preview

love2all posted Thu, 11 October 2007 at 7:26 AM

looking at my two messages above it looks like not that much of a difference between the two images. someone might be tempted to say that a only a little playing with the lights will fix it. trust me the shader preview render looks way better using YetAnotherToonShader than the final render no matter what settings for final render I use.

more images using YetAnotherToonShader this time with Carrara 5. this one is the shader preview...

final render with 3 distant lights and default render settings.

zgock posted Thu, 11 October 2007 at 8:50 AM

Final render affects "casting shadow" by the lights.

Switch "Cast Shadow" to off your lights.

or declease "Shadow Intensity".

thx for testing.

In the shader preview, the lights are slaved/linked to the camera. To get the same look, you do the same thing in the assembly room. Basically it's two lights, right and left at a 45 degree point towards the center. The left is brighter. After setting the lights, just make them a child of the camera. Mark
