Poser - OFFICIAL F.A.Q (Last Updated: 2024 Nov 29 7:57 am)
Glamerous hair (as well as many others) appears as a white mesh because of the settings in the hair itself.
select the hair, goto Display>Element Style>Use figure style.
or select the hair and hit ctrl+shift+0 (that's a zero not the letter O)
this is a byproduct of the older poser version's preview which did not show transparancy well, so the creators set the individual elements display style so that it would be easier to see.

Just a few questions about Poser 7...
Does it have a preview mode where Hair is fully textured. The problem in Poser 6 is that the underside of the Hair doesnt have texture in preview mode so it looks wrong.
Also some hair like Glamourous hair is a white mesh in Preview mode(texture shaded) , is it different in Poser 7. Ive used Daz and that fully textures hair and Glamarous hair is fully textured in that.
Does Poser 7 have a fast preview mode render as fast as Poser 6?
thanks in advance!
